Healing is painful but one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself. In healing you find your self worth; you realize you were worthy all along. Lay your flowers outside in a form of a circle, you are creating your sacred space with these flowers. I also made a salt ring to cleanse the space and keep the energy pure. . Charge your candle with your intention. So if your intention is love, you need to feel the love you desire. Imagine what this person will be like and all the ways they'll bring extra joy into your life. Or if it's to bring a certain circumstance into your life you need to visualize that circumstance and the feeling it will bring to you; feelings like joy, gratitude, love, excitement, peace, etc. Charge your candle with these thoughts and feelings. Once your candle is charged, go ahead and light it. . Now, while your candle is lit, write about the circumstance that you want to attract. If it's love, write about the qualities of the person you're looking for. Write about the ways they make you feel and the way their presence has affected your life. Keep writing until there is nothing more to write. . You can continue to sit in your circle for as long as you'd like. If your candle has not fully burned out you can save it and continue to light throughout the week. Each time you light it you should be focusing on what you want to attract. . And TA-DA!!! That's it! So many of us loathe this part of our bodies.  We put so much energy into hating this beautiful part of ourselves when we could be loving and appreciating it.  After all, this very area can create and carry life within it! It houses our sexuality, sensuality, and intuition. 🌸 Let us stop mistreating our bodies and start appreciating them for all they do. 🌸 Here's an easy ritual ANYONE can do: 🌸 Start with a bath or shower. Light some candles and put on some calm, relaxing, sexy music. As you bathe yourself, I want you to be gentle with your body. Imagine a lover washing you and wash yourself exactly how you would like them to do it.  The point here is to get in a sexy mood! We want to LOVE our bodies! 🌸 Once you're done bathing apply lotion or body oil. Remember, be gentle and deliberate.  I want you to focus on every body part and feel how sexy each and every curve is.  Try to stay away from mirrors, this isn't about looking at ourselves, this is about FEELING ourselves and our bodies; we are worshipping our bodies! 🌸 After you've worshipped every part, I want you to bring your attention to your belly. Place your hands on it and close your eyes.  Apologize to your belly for all the awful things you've said to it; for the negative thoughts you've had of it; for being ashamed of it; for wanting to hide it or not letting significant others love on this area by touching it.  After you've done that, it's time to thank it for all it's done for you and for all it will continue to do.  If you've had kids, thank it for carrying them.  Whether you want kids or not, this area houses a strong and powerful energy and we need to acknowledge it and thank it.  You can thank it for every time it alerted you to an unsafe situation; or when it has helped you make important decisions; or every time it brought you pleasure.  Thank it and send it love.  Tell your body you love it and that you're sorry you mistreated it. 🌸 Once you feel you've sent sufficient love to it you can get dressed and carry on with your day!

And yet, somehow, I thought I knew my worth, I thought I practiced self-love because in my head I thought I valued myself but my choice in men reflected otherwise.
